1. Order Processing & Shipping Fees

  • Processing Time: 2–5 business days for order review, quality checks, and packaging (extends to 6 business days during holidays or special promotions).
  • Flat Shipping Fee: $6.99 per order, regardless of delivery location.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery times vary by region (estimates only; peak seasons or customs may cause slight delays):
  • United States: 8–14 business days
  • Canada / United Kingdom / Australia: 10–16 business days
  • Other International Locations: 14–21 business days

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Note: Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to activate β€” a delay does not mean your order is lost.

4. International Shipments & Customs

All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid):
  • Customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

To modify or cancel an order, contact us at service@blcvmxny.com within 12 hours of purchase. Orders already in processing cannot be changed or canceled.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged Items: Send photos of the damaged package/item within 72 hours of delivery β€” we’ll send a free replacement.
  • Lost in Transit: If the carrier confirms your order is lost, we’ll provide a free replacement with no extra cost.
